We take your privacy seriously—which is why we only retain your data for as long as it's necessary. After a document’s signing link expires, we securely store the related data for an additional 30 days. During this time, you still have full access to download the signed document or review its timeline of events through the Submissions page.
This grace period is designed to give you flexibility, while also maintaining strict data protection practices. Once the 30-day window has passed, all data associated with that submission is permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.
Our automatic deletion policy helps keep your account clean, reduces long-term storage risks, and ensures that your information is handled with the highest standards of privacy and compliance.
