We built Workflow Automation based on direct feedback from our users who needed an easier way to collect multiple signatures in a specific order. With workflows, you can send a single document to multiple recipients and control the exact signing sequence perfect for contracts, approvals, or any agreement requiring input from more than one person.

Each recipient is notified when it's their turn to sign. The document flows step by step: once one person signs, it automatically moves to the next. This ensures no one gets skipped and that the signing order is followed precisely. Once everyone has signed, all participants receive an email with a final, signed copy of the document, and the workflow is marked complete.

To set up a workflow, simply add multiple recipients during the document configuration process. You can do this when selecting a document by clicking to add additional input fields. It's that easy—and it keeps your process organized, efficient, and transparent from start to finish.
