• We use Auth0 for authentication and Stripe for payment processing.
• No other third-party services currently store user data.
• Blockchain verification is planned but not currently implemented.

4. Security & Encryption

• All stored documents are encrypted and chunked on secure servers.
• No plain-text storage of documents or signatures.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

• Users can request data deletion by emailing support@derbydatabases.com.
• Uploaded documents are retained until manually deleted by users.
• Signed documents are stored for 30 days.

• We comply with GDPR and CCPA by avoiding direct storage of personal user data.
