By using our document signing tool, you agree to these Terms of Service. Signup is handled via social accounts, and no manual acceptance of terms is required.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Users of all ages are allowed.
• Users can create multiple accounts using different social logins.
• There are no explicit restrictions, but users should not use the service for illegal activities.

3. Plans & Payments

• Currently, we only offer a free plan

4. Document Storage & Retention

Uploaded documents remain available until deleted by the user. Signed documents are stored for 1 day before automatic deletion. Users are responsible for downloading their signed documents before they are removed.

5. Intellectual Property

• Derby Databases Ltd owns all rights to the platform, including branding and software.
• Users retain full rights to their signed documents and can use them outside the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Derby Databases Ltd is not liable for any legal disputes arising from the use of this tool, including but not limited to, fraudulent document signing or improper use of the service.

7. Termination of Service

Derby Databases Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, non-compliance, or other violations of these terms.

8. Communication & Emails

By signing up for our service, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your account, including but not limited to, notifications about document status, security alerts, and important service updates. You may also receive marketing emails, from which you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link included in such emails.

8. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

We are committed to protecting your personal data and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time. 9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified of changes via in-app notifications.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UK law. In case of disputes, users agree to resolve them through binding arbitration, waiving their right to pursue claims in court.
